Higanjima - Saigo no 47 Hiai summary:
Continuing the tale of Higanjima, the isolated island is teeming with fish demons and plagued by a population of warring vampires and humans. When Ryousuke, his girlfriend Kazumi, and his friend Yamaoka are shipwrecked by the fish demons, they end up stranded on the cursed island. The group is forced to confront the vampires' barbarity firsthand before Ryousuke can connect with the human rebels. Although Ryousuke is desperate to escape the island, the safety of mainland Japan is dubious. Unless the humans prevail against the vampires soon, the latter will be triumphant in their quest to disseminate the virus to the mainland!
