Trouble arises when a fellow pirate of Hai's is captured by the new police inspector, Shao ZhiSiün, and Hai, attempting to rescue her comrade, is also caught. To remedy the situation, Hai's father tells Shao that he is indifferent to the fate of his daughter and the other captive.
